No Ruby Crown

For several days it has been very cold:  all day below the freezing.

This winter I have seen a Ruby-crowned Kinglet quite a few times.  Since it has not shown a ruby crown on its head, it must be a girl.

"Today is super cold, but I like the chilly air."

"It may be snowing anytime."

"See, I don't have the ruby crown.  I AM a girl."
