Crowded Bird Bath

Today the sun came out on and off.  During the cold months, I keep only one of the bird baths out to minimize possible damage by frozen water.  So the bath gets crowded in a sunny afternoon.

First, a big SPLASH!  Who did it?  Guessed it?

Right (Golden-crowned Sparrow):  "I am the biggest splash maker."

Left (House Finch):  "Not true.  I AM the biggest splash maker."

House Finch, female:  "Hello, dear.  You've had enough.  

Get out to dry off before the sun goes out."
